If a deposit fails to reach your beb4d wallet after funds have left your bank or e-wallet, you must contact support at with the relevant transaction reference. beb4d will investigate and, where confirmed, credit the amount within one business day. Fraudulent chargeback requests will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities.

In the event of a clearly erroneous price, line, or market offered on the Platform due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), beb4d reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. beb4d will notify affected Players and return stakes to their account wallets.
Pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets are governed by the specific sport rules published in the beb4d Sportsbook Rules section.
